We will be having an immunization clinic on campus April 27, 2021. This clinic is for all 6 – 8 grade students who would like to receive the MCV (Meningococcal ACWY) and/or HPV (Human Papillomavirus) vaccines. Consent forms will be sent home with students and available online. Student must return completed and signed consent form to receive the vaccines.
