My name is Alicia Reding. This is my 20th year of teaching. I graduated from the University of South Alabama in 2003 with a degree in Elementary Education. I taught for 9 years at Orchard Elementary in Mobile County.  This will be my 11th year with Saraland City Schools. I have experience in Kindergarten, 1st grade, and 2nd grade. This is my 13th year teaching 1st grade. I have been married for 19 years to Josh Reding. We have three wonderful children. Mason is in 9th grade, Ava is in 8th grade, and Charlotte is in 2nd grade. I became National Board Certified in Literacy: Reading-Language Arts/Early and Middle Childhood in 2020. I completed my Master's Degree in Elementary Education in 2022.
