Personal

I have been married since 1988 to Aurelia Green Travis.  We have three children, Kayleigh Ann 31, Cole Barrett 27, Claire Colleen 23. Kayleigh is now a teacher in Iwakuni, Japan.  Barrett is a fireman for Mobile .  Claire is a second grade teacher. 

Education

I have an Associate in Electronics from RETS in Birmingham AL, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with Minors in Economics and Finance from the University of Mobile.

Experience

I have twenty years of real-world experience in the high-tech industry.  I also worked for the State of Alabama Department of Education for 3 years.  Since 2006, I have taught at Citronelle High School as a Business/Marketing teacher. I have been employed with the Saraland City System since 2010.  I teach BTA, Business Software Applications, which is a high school credit course for the 8th graders of middle school.
