I worked for the ESL Department of Tuscaloosa County School System for two years while studying at the University of Alabama, and taught Spanish in an after school program at Taylorville Primary School in Moundville, AL. 2018-2019 was my first year teaching Spanish I and Spanish II here at Saraland City High School. I graduated from the University of South Alabama on December 10, 2021, achieving a masters degree through the Alternative Master's Program for Secondary Education/Spanish. This summer I was able to spend time with family in Lima and Trujillo, Peru. I look forward to sharing some of the experiences I had while in Peru with our students. This will be my 5th year teaching and I am so blessed to have the support of the most amazing co-workers and friends here at this school. Go Spartans! ¡Espartanos para siempre!
