Hi, 

I am Holly Scrimpshire, and this is my first year at Saraland High School teaching Health Science. I have fourteen years of experience as a Registered Nurse. Saraland has always been home to me. Nursing and healthcare are my passions. I began my nursing career at a local hospital on the vascular floor for six months. For nearly nine years, I worked at a local physicians' office, specializing in the care of patients with asthma, allergies, and immunology. We cared for patients from birth to geriatrics, but mainly children. My career path led me to contract nursing for Saraland City Schools, where I worked in First Aid and provided care for students with disabilities for the past three years. I am proud to be a Spartan! I am looking forward to a great year serving your students as an instructor and mentor. Go Spartans!
