Good day, 

I am Chief Keith Frenzel.  I retired from active duty in 2019 with 22 years of service in the U.S. Coast Guard.  

We are starting one of the nation’s first ten Coast Guard JROTC programs, and the first in the state of Alabama.  There will be challenges and obstacles to overcome, but with honor, respect and a devotion to duty; we will rise above them. 

As the program matures, it will grow and start to include many of the extracurriculars that are available with other services' JROTC programs.
