My name is DeAnn McEvoy (Mrs. Mc), and I am excited to be part of Saraland Elementary School, as your child's computer teacher. 

I am happily married to my wonderful husband, Aden, and have three children, Whitney, Misty, and Joshua. Family is the cornerstone of my life, and I am grateful for the joy and support they bring to every moment. 

As a proud grandmother, I am fortunate to have four wonderful grandchildren who light up my world: Carson Tide, Toryn, McKenleigh, and Rhiannon. Spending time with them is always an adventure, and keeps me young at heart!

Education has been a significant part of my journey, and I hold a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. My passion is investing in the lives of children. I firmly believe that education is not just about imparting knowledge but also about nurturing the potential and character of every student. 

I am a member of Fountain of Life Church, where I find spiritual nourishment and a sense of community. My faith guides me in treating every individual with respect, kindness and empathy. 

Outside of the classroom, you'll often find me cheering on my favorite team, Alabama Football, Roll Tide! Sports bring people together, just like education, and I enjoy sharing that sense of camaraderie with students.
