Bio: My name is Amanda Niehoff and I am entering my 16th year of teaching and coaching. I am originally from Edmond, Oklahoma where I graduated from Santa Fe High School; Class of 2004. I attended my first year of college at Carl Albert State College on a full athletic scholarship for women's basketball. From there, I was recruited by the University of South Alabama and finished my remaining eligibility as a member of the women's basketball team. While in school, I earned my bachelor's degree in Secondary Education-Social Studies. Upon completing my student teaching at Davidson High School, I graduated December 2008 and began teaching at Ums-Wright (August 2009-May 2015). From June 2015 through May 2023, I served in as the Head Women's Basketball Coach at St. Paul's Episcopal High School, Middle School Soccer Coach, Women's Golf Coach, and served on the Physical Education staff. I am beginning my 2nd year at Saraland High School serving as the Head Women's Basketball Coach and 1 of 3 Career Preparedness teachers.
