As the current Registrar for Saraland Middle School, I am working on my fourth year in education. My previous years’ experience in education started as a secretary, then as an Executive Assistant to the Superintendent of Satsuma City Schools.  

With a seventeen-year background in the medical field, my knowledge and experience spanned from the Business Office to being an Accounting Specialist in Surgical Services. I obtained my bachelor’s degree in Health Administration with a Management Certificate in 2014. The two fields of medicine and education have merged for me with a primary focus on student success. 

A grandmother of four, proud Navy supporter and wife of twenty years, I am deeply invested in the Saraland City School system. My son, a ten-year Navy veteran, graduated from Saraland High School in 2013, and I currently have two of my four grandchildren enrolled in the system. 

My husband, Jess Lane and I are proud to be a part of the Saraland City School System, and we are honored to be looking forward to many more years of growth and accomplishments.
