The mission of the library media center is to assist students in becoming lifelong learners by instilling a love of reading. The library is a resource for information and provides access to informational, educational, and cultural materials.
The Saraland Early Education Center Library strives to provide instruction that supports the educational goals of the school. The main focus of the program is to help increase student reading levels. Instruction will be designed to teach literacy and information skills that meet the needs of students in today’s society. The Accelerated Reader Program, A.R., drives a big part of our reading program and provides goals and incentives for all students. Be sure to check the school's Facebook page daily for pictures of students earning A.R. Points!
