The school-based flu vaccination clinics for the 2026–2027 school year will be held on Friday, November 6, 2026.
Please review the attached Flu Vaccination Permission Form. If you would like your child to receive a flu vaccine at school, please sign the permission form and return it to the school nurse by the requested deadline.
