All students shall have the right to participate in educational opportunities without discrimination based on race, color, disability, sex, religion, national origin, or age.
The enrollment of homeless, migrant, immigrant, limited English proficient children and youth, and foster care students shall not be denied or delayed due to the following barriers:
- Absence of school records or transcripts
- Absence of a social security number
- Absence of a birth certificate
- Absence of immunization or health records
- Absence of a driver’s license
- Absence of proof of residency
- Absence of transportation
