Cognia Performance Accreditation and the Engagement Review

As a vital component of the accreditation process, from November 30 - December 3, 2021, Saraland City Schools hosted an Engagement Review Team trained by Cognia. This team of professional educators with diverse backgrounds and expertise reviewed district evidence and remotely interviewed 99 stakeholders who represented students, parents, teachers, administration, and the Saraland community. A summary of their findings is available for review in the document pictured below.
