For the 2024-2025 school year, Saraland City Schools' Pre-K Inclusion Program will be a half-day program. Eligible applicants for Pre-K include current residents of Saraland and children of employees of Saraland City Schools. Applications are made available annually.
Admission to the Saraland City Schools Pre-K Inclusion Program for typically developing students who are four years old on or before September 1st, is determined through a random lottery process. Typically developing students serving as role models for students with disabilities should demonstrate appropriate social, emotional, and communication skills. A typically developing student is considered to be a student who is not eligible for special education services, including speech and language therapy.
Important to note--
- The program follows the Saraland City Schools' district calendar.
- The hours for this tuition-based pre-k program is 8:30am-11:30am.
- Bus service is not available for pre-k students.
- School uniforms are required.
- Tuition is $150/month.
